The R950 package includes up to three directors. Additional directors can be included at an administration fee of R100 each.
Can I save different directors in one application?
Yes. Select the number of directors and the form will automatically display the correct number of director sections.
Can I upload documents through the website?
Yes. The application provides secure upload fields for the required identity, address and supporting documents.
What happens after I submit the form?

Does an NPC automatically become an NPO?
An NPC is registered as a company through CIPC. Registration with the Department of Social Development is a separate process where NPO registration is required.
